We love using Schoolhouse Teachers in our home!

There’s also lots of cool videos like Drive Thru History. And there’s chat, email and phone support for homeschool families needing a bit of hand holding.
The catch with this one though? You’ll be printing a fair bit if you want to do it offline. But that’s the upside of the wonderful price you get it for.

Now with this one, you should know that if you study with them, you’re actually studying in an online school. That’s cool, but it also means you can’t skip any work…so if there’s busywork, you have to do it. That’s why I prefer unaccredited programs personally.

👪 Best for: Teens heading toward college or university and families who want accredited structure with biblical truth.
8. BJU Press Homeschool
This is the one we use—and yes, I’m a total fan girl.
It’s structured but flexible, super easy to implement, and it’s one of the few curriculums where I feel 100% confident my kids are getting a strong education with solid biblical truth woven in every single day.
The best part?
It’s truly open-and-go.
My son (yep, he’s only 8) literally homeschools himself using BJU Press Homeschool.
I pop in for a spelling check or to admire his handwriting, but the rest?
Handled by their amazing video teachers.
