Homeschool Curriculum 101 – Returns Policy

At Homeschool Curriculum 101, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Below you will find our returns policy outlining how we handle claims for incorrect, defective, or lost merchandise purchased from our store.
1. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
In such cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

A clear photograph of the item showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Claims submitted beyond 30 days from receipt may not be eligible for resolution.
2. Lost Packages
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Once confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost to you.
Please note:
If tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, Homeschool Curriculum 101 cannot be held responsible, and replacements will not be issued free of charge.
3. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect sizing
Change of mind
Please ensure that all sizing and order details are correct prior to checkout.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion. Customers are welcome to contact us to discuss their situation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, certain items—such as face masks or other sealed goods—cannot be returned or exchanged if opened.
5. Returns Address & Procedure
All returns are processed directly by our production partner, Printful. Customers must contact Homeschool Curriculum 101 prior to sending back any items to receive guidance and proper instructions.

Please note: This address is for physical returns only and should not be used for general correspondence.
Once received at the facility, returned items are processed, and customers will be notified via email.
Returned products that remain unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to charity.
6. Summary of Timeframes
Timeframe to Submit Claim
Damaged/defective items: Within 30 days of receipt
Lost packages (in transit): Within 30 days of estimated delivery date
Unclaimed returns held: 30 days before donation
7. EU Consumer Information
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, please be aware that due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand products, orders are not eligible for withdrawal or return under Article 16(c) and 16(e).
